As Factor's Director of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for website performance, driving the business forward with best in class data analysis, strategy and user experience design. Your primary focus will be on optimizing our sign-up funnel, building stronger webpages and elevating our conversion rate. To do this, you will need to be someone with a proven track record of both strategy and execution in the D2C space - someone who individually knows how to look at data, identify areas of opportunity and work with a team to design unique solutions. Your communication skills will be a key factor in directing data-based vision into best in class user experience and interface. The right candidate will be clever, creative, curious and extremely data savvy - someone who is excited to find new ways to grow the business and likes seeing their impact on the organization so quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a holistic web strategy that enhances the Factor sign up funnel and positively impacts conversion rate
  • Manage UI/UX designers in executing website updates and opportunities
  • Manage email team, oversee strategy and elevate our email capabilities and performance
  • Analyze site data, build hypothesis and execute “test and learn” strategies that uncover new areas of site optimization
  • Work collaboratively across all marketing departments to develop and execute plans according to objectives, with relevant creative, messaging, placements, targets, etc., rolling up to the strategy
  • Be up to date on the consumer trends and psychology that will affect how consumers engage with the website
  • Manage our SEO partner and internal stakeholders to drive more site value and traffic
  • Work with internal stakeholders to constantly improve customer experience and enhance retention.

Experience & Skills:

  • 10+ years of previous work experience in D2C space - strong preference for someone with a proven track record of driving maximum conversion rate and LTV for a business
  • 5+ years of experience with UI/UX design, implementation and iteration
  • Data management and Taboola experience a plus
  • SEO knowledge and management
