As Factor's Director of Media / Growth, you will be responsible for all paid acquisition channels driving the business forward. Your focus will be on how to rapidly expand our growth via new subscribers in the most impactful, efficient way possible. To do this, you will need to be someone with a proven track record of both strategy and execution in the D2C space - someone who individually knows how to operate within the channels. You will eventually be building a team but having direct knowledge of how to set up campaigns and execute is a must in the beginning. The right candidate will be clever, creative, curious and extremely data savvy - someone who is excited to find new ways to grow the business and likes seeing their impact on the organization so quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Media Planning and Execution
    • Develop a holistic media strategy that drives the business forward efficiently and at scale
    • Personally build campaigns with scope and KPIs that set each program up for success
    • Work collaboratively across all marketing departments to develop and execute plans according to objectives, with relevant creative, messaging, placements, targets, etc., rolling up to the strategy
    • Be up to date on the consumer trends and psychology that will affect how consumers engage with media
  • Agency Partners
    • Manage relationships with all media agency partners: RFP/Hiring, scope of work, fees, staffing, performance ensuring Factor is receiving the best value for the investment
    • Manage media partner audits to ensure our fees are aligned with the value provided
  • Reporting
    • Analyze and report on monthly, quarterly and annual ad spend. You will be responsible for a massive part of what grows our business. Understanding the data and acting on it is essentials

Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree – Marketing concentration preferred
  • 10+ years of previous work experience in media management - strong preference for advertising agency media experience at a senior management/senior planning level
  • 3+ years directly setting up and managing Paid Social media campaigns
  • 5+ years of experience in interactive marketing or business consulting using data and information to drive specific targeting and marketing recommendations
  • 2-4 years of digital marketing, search engine, display, programmatic, and / or social marketing preferred
  • Deep knowledge of ad serving platforms and online analytic solutions
