As Factor's Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting on the marketing analytics lifecycle, from ensuring we design the right campaigns and experiments, to developing trackers and dashboards, to leveraging data to drive key strategic decisions. You'll work in a cross-functional environment with operations, tech, data science and the broader marketing team to build models that help the marketing team understand and influence Factor's growth, create KPIs that measure and monitor our progress against business-critical goals, and perform ad hoc analysis diving into the impact of individual campaigns, investments, and initiatives.

The right candidate will be obsessed with using numbers to identify opportunities for growth and better user experience.


  • Function as an analytics partner for the marketing team, including assessing size of campaign opportunities, establishing consistent tracking and KPIs, plus developing insights into campaign impact on customer acquisition, brand awareness, meal usage, revenue and more
  • Develop an analytics and reporting framework to accurately assess the impact of our marketing programs, generating dashboards and weekly reports
  • Identify gaps in our marketing funnel and surface opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of available data and how it can be used for different analyses to answer questions and solve problems
  • Drive interpretation, socialization, and adoption of analytics insights
  • Identify high-value audience segments and influencers and develop future communications positioning
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and tech teams to identify and address analytics tracking, tooling, attribution modeling, and infrastructure challenges
  • Work with Data Science to inform development of predictive models that guide marketing targeting and investments

Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, marketing, business or another related field
  • 4-5+ years of related experience working on a marketing or sales team
  • 1+ years of experience using data visualization tools; Highly skilled in data visualization and presentation
  • 1+ years of Intermediate SQL experience
  • Google Analytics & Google AdWords certified preferred
  • Proven experience with CRMProven ability to create reports and dashboard views to track marketing and sales KPIs
  • Proven ability to take large, complex and disparate data sets and create actionable intelligence
  • Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas, statistical tools)
  • Proven experience with mining and modeling large data sets and applying advanced analytics methods for end user clustering and segmentation
  • Experience with attribution modeling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
