Managing my Subscription

How do I edit my order?

Each week we will automatically select meals for you based on any meal preferences indicated on your account, but you can edit meal selections anytime before your weekly cutoff, 11:59 pm CT on the day of the week indicated on your My Menu page for delivery the following week.

On Web (Desktop & Mobile Device):

  • Log into your account.
  • Click on the date of the delivery you'd like to edit. You can find the 'dates' located at the top of the page just below the Menu Bar.
  • Click 'Edit Meals'.
  • Adding Meals: Click on 'Add' next to any meal you'd like to include in your order.
  • Increase/decrease Quantity: Click the ‘+’ to increase the quantity and click '-' to remove a meal from your or reduce the quantity.
  • Once you are done selecting your meals, click on 'Continue'.
  • You'll be taken to the Add-Ons page. Choose any add-ons you'd like and click ‘All done!’ or click 'Skip' to save and confirm your order.

    On App:

  • Log into your account.
  • Scroll down and find the delivery that you would like to edit. To edit your delivery, click ‘Make Changes'.
  • Adding Meals: Click on 'Add To Your Box' next to any meal you'd like to include in your order.
  • Increase/decrease Quantity: Click the ‘+’ to increase the quantity and click '-' to remove a meal from your or reduce the quantity.
  • Once you are done selecting your meals, click 'Save’ in the upper righthand corner.
  • You'll be taken to the Add-Ons page. Choose any add-ons you'd like and click ‘Save Add-Ons’ or click 'Skip Add-Ons' to save and confirm your order.
How do I change my password?

Need to change your password? No problem!

On Web (Desktop or Laptop computer):

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on the person icon in the top righthand corner of the page.
  • Click on 'Settings.'
  • Once on the 'Settings' page, click on 'Account Settings' on the lefthand side of the page.
  • In the password section, click 'Edit.'
  • Input your current password.
  • Input your new password twice.
  • Click “Save.”

    On Mobile Web (phone or Tablet):

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on the horizontal lines in the top lefthand corner of the page.
  • Click on 'Settings.'
  • Once on the 'Settings' page, click on the dropdown arrow beside 'Mobile Settings Navigation' at the top and choose 'Account Settings.'
  • In the password section, click 'Edit.'
  • Input your current password.
  • Input your new password twice.
  • Click “Save.”

    On Mobile App:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on 'Profile'.
  • Once on the 'Personal Info'
  • Click 'Change Password'
  • Input your current password.
  • Input your new password twice.
  • Click 'Change Password' to save your new password.

    If You've Forgotten Your Password

  • Go to "https://go.factor75.com/login"
  • Click “Forgot Password?” underneath the green Login button.
  • Input the email address associated with your account and select “Reset Password.”
  • You’ll soon receive an email with instructions on how to reset that pesky password and access your account again!
How do I change the email address on my account?

To change the email address on your account, simply follow the steps below!

On a desktop or laptop computer:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on the person icon in the top righthand corner of the page.
  • Click on 'Settings.'
  • Once on the 'Settings' page, click on 'Account Settings' on the lefthand side of the page.
  • Click on 'Edit' next to personal info
  • Input your new email address.
  • Click 'Save'.

    On a mobile device:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on the horizontal lines in the top lefthand corner of the page.
  • Click on 'Settings.'
  • Once on the 'Settings' page, click on the dropdown arrow at the top and choose 'Account Settings.'
  • Click on 'Edit' next to personal info
  • Input your new email address.
  • Click 'Save'.

    On the App:

  • Log in and select 'Profile' followed by 'Personal Info'
  • Click 'Change Email'
  • Enter in your current password and updated email address.
  • Finally, select 'Change Email' to save.
How can I change the delivery address on my account?

Just follow a few quick steps to change your delivery address:

On a desktop or laptop computer:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on the person icon in the top righthand corner of the page.
  • Click on 'Settings.'
  • Once on the 'Settings' page, click on 'Manage Subscription' on the lefthand side of the page.
  • Click on 'Edit' in the Delivery section.
  • Input your new delivery address.
  • Click 'Save'.

    On a mobile device:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on the horizontal lines in the top lefthand corner of the page.
  • Click on 'Settings.'
  • Once on the 'Settings' page, click on the dropdown arrow at the top and choose 'Manage Subscription.'
  • Click on 'Edit' in the delivery section
  • Input your new delivery address.
  • Click 'Save'.

    On the App:

  • Log in and select 'Profile' followed by 'Plan Settings'
  • Scroll down to the delivery section and click 'Edit'
  • Enter in your updated delivery address and select 'Save'.

    Note: Addresses MUST be updated before your weekly cutoff time as indicated on my My Menu page. We cannot guarantee on-time delivery if addresses are not updated by the cutoff and we may not be able to make any changes after the cutoff.
How do I cancel my account?

You can deactivate your subscription at any time! We really try to make it easy to manage your subscription, so if you need to take a break from our delicious meals or you decide that Factor isn’t a fit for you, all you need to do is log into your account and you can cancel your subscription there.

While you can cancel at any time, canceling your subscription does not cancel existing orders. If you cancel your subscription before the weekly cutoff time indicated on your My Menu page, no automated order will be placed for delivery the following week. If you cancel your subscription after the weekly cutoff time and an automated order was placed, that order cannot be canceled and you will receive it the following week. After that, however, you will not incur further charges or receive future deliveries from Factor if your subscription is canceled.

Click on ‘Settings.’ This should take you to the ‘Manage Subscription’ page. Scroll down to the Status section and click ‘Deactivate My Plan.’ Deactivating your plan will skip your deliveries indefinitely. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click ‘Cancel Anyway.’

On Mobile Web (Phone or Tablet):Log into your account Click on the horizontal lines in the top righthand corner of the page. Click on ‘Settings’ This should default you to the ‘Manage Subscription’ Page. If not, click on the drop down arrow and select ‘Plan Settings’ Scroll down to the Status section and click ‘Deactivate My Plan’ Deactivating your plan will skip your deliveries indefinitely. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click ‘Cancel Anyway’

On The iOS App:Log into your account Click on ‘Profile’ icon in the bottom right hand corner Click on ‘Plan Settings.’ Click ‘End meal subscription.’ Click on ‘Cancel Anyway.” Deactivating your plan will skip your deliveries indefinitely.

How can I change the default payment method on a subscription?

To update your payment information, simply follow the steps below!

On a desktop or laptop computer:

-Log in to your account.
-Click on the person icon in the top righthand corner of the page.
-Click on 'Settings.'
-Once on the 'Settings' page, click on 'Payment' on the lefthand side of the page.
-Click on 'Edit' in the Payment Method section.
-Input your new payment method.
-Click 'Save'.

On a mobile device:

-Log in to your account.
-Click on the horizontal lines in the top lefthand corner of the page.
-Click on 'Settings.'
-Once on the 'Settings' page, click on the dropdown arrow at the top and choose 'Payment.'
-Click on 'Edit' in the Payment Method section.
-Input your new payment method.
-Click 'Save'.

On the App:

-Log in to your account.
-Click 'Profile'
-Scroll down and select 'Payment'.'
-Click on 'Edit' in the Payment Method section.
-Input your new payment method.
-Click 'Save'.

Please note, this change will apply to future orders; however, it will not apply to orders that have already processed.

How do I skip a delivery?

We realize your life changes from week to week, so you have the ability to skip deliveries on our website. Please note, orders must be skipped prior to our weekly cutoff, which is is noted on your My Menu page for meals arriving the following week!

On Web (Desktop & Mobile Device):

  • Log in to your account
  • At the top of the page, you will find your upcoming delivery dates.
  • Select the date you'd like to skip and click the 'Change or Skip Delivery' button.
  • You'll see a pop-up. Click 'Skip Week' to skip your order.

    On App:

  • Log in to your account Scroll down and find the upcoming delivery you would like to skip.
  • Under the menu option for the delivery, select 'Edit Delivery'
  • You'll see a pop-up. Click 'Skip this week'.
  • A pop will appear confirming that you’ve skipped the delivery.
Do you have a referral program?

When you refer a friend, they get a massive discount to kickstart their healthy habits, and you get a kickback for being a great scout.

They’ll receive up to $150 off across their first 6 orders. This is a multi-week discount designed to make sticking to their goals effortless.

Sharing is simple. Log into your account and look for the "Feed Friends" link (usually right next to the person icon) or check the green banner on your dashboard. You can send invites directly via email or copy your unique link to share however you like.

To ensure the process is seamless for everyone, here are a few best practices:

Eligibility: Referrals can ONLY be redeemed by first-time customers. You can receive vouchers for a maximum of 10 successfully redeemed referrals.

One Offer at a Time: If your friend uses a different promotional code or offer at checkout, a referral voucher will NOT be issued to your account.

How to Redeem: Once your friend signs up, you will receive an email to activate your voucher. After clicking the link in the email, the $40 referral credit will appear in your Benefits wallet and apply automatically to your next eligible order.

Your unique referral links and codes do not expire, and there’s no limit to how many you can send.

What are Factor Freebies?

Think of Freebies as a "thank you" for being a loyal customer. As you progress through your subscription, you’ll occasionally earn Free Box credits (a $78 value) to gift to friends and family. It’s the perfect way to help your inner circle kickstart their healthy habits.

Each Freebie covers the cost of a 6-meal box ($78). Your friend just covers the shipping fee. If they choose a larger plan or add any premium extras, they’ll simply pay the difference.

Redeeming a Freebie signs the recipient up for a standard Factor subscription. They can choose to keep the momentum going or cancel anytime before their next cutoff.

Head to the "Feed Friends" tab in the top right corner of your account. If you have Freebies available, you can enter your friend's email and send the invite directly.

Note: If you don't see any Freebies yet, you’ll see our Referral Program "Give & Get" offer instead, which earns you account credit!

Do Freebies expire? Yes, so don't let them go to waste: Once a Freebie lands in your account, you have 21 days to send it. Once the referrasl is sent, they have 60 days to claim their box.

Freebies are strictly for gifting—they are about sharing the love. If you’re looking to earn credits for your own future boxes, use your Referral Link (the "Give $40, Get $40" offer) instead.

What is the difference between Refer-a-Friend and Factor Freebies?

With our Refer-a-Friend program, you can send your unique referral link to your friends and family members. They’ll receive up to $150 off across their first 6 orders (this is a multi-week discount designed to make sticking to their goals effortless) and you'll receive a $40 credit on your Factor account!

Factor Freebies are free meals that you earn for reaching a certain milestone with Factor! They have a $78 value and can be shared with friends and family who have never had a Factor subscription.

Please note that we are unable to combine these offers.

Can I earn referral credit for a new customer signing up with my Factor Freebies?
No. At this time, we are not able to combine offers, and our referral program would not be valid in conjunction with Factor Freebies.
Where can I see how many Factor Freebies I have to gift?
The number of eligible Freebies can be found by clicking on 'Feed Friends' at the top of your subscriber dashboard. If on a mobile device, click on the 3 horizontal lines and select 'Feed Friends.'
Is the person I gift my Factor Freebies to required to sign up for a subscription?
When using Factor Freebies, your friend would agree to the terms and conditions of our weekly, subscription-based service. However, there is no contract, and your friend can skip a week(s) or cancel at any time- it's quick and easy! Please note that our cutoff to cancel your subscription is the Wednesday prior to the delivery cutoff as seen on your My Menu page.
How do I subscribe to an add-on?

To receive add-ons in every box, you can subscribe to select add-ons.

To subscribe to an add-on:

  • In the add-ons section below your meals, click "Select add-ons" or "Edit add-ons" to view what’s available for that week.
  • If an add-on is available for subscription, you can check the box next to “Subscribe to this add-on”.
  • Follow the steps to start your subscription.
  • Click "Save" to confirm the changes to your box.
How do I cancel an add-on subscription?

You can easily cancel your add-on subscription any time before your weekly cutoff of Wednesday 11:59 pm CST.

To cancel an add-on subscription:

  • In the add-ons section, click "Edit add-ons".
  • Find the subscription you want to cancel under "Your add-ons".
  • Uncheck the box that says "Subscribed".
  • Confirm by clicking "Unsubscribe from add-on".
  • Click “Save” to confirm the changes to your box.

    Once confirmed, you’ll no longer receive the add-on unless you manually add it, or start a new add on subscription.

    NOTE: Add-ons will be charged with your meal box directly after the weekly cutoff, seen on your My Menu Page, the week prior to your scheduled delivery.
When will I be charged for my add-on subscriptions?
You’ll be charged for your add-on subscriptions, together with your meal box, the week prior to your scheduled delivery. To find a breakdown of your order total, including the quantity and price of your add-ons, go to the specific week and click View Order Total.
How often will I receive the add-on I’m subscribed to?
When you subscribe to an add-on, we automatically add it to each box that you order on a weekly basis. At this time, we can’t deliver add-ons on their own without a meal box. This means that when you skip a week of meals, you won’t receive your add-on for that week either.
How can I change the quantity of a subscribed add-ons?

The quantity of add-ons you originally subscribed to will be your default quantity for future week. You can change the quantity of your add-ons for future weeks by visiting your account before your weekly cutoff the week prior to your scheduled delivery.

To change the quantity of your add-on for a specific week:

  • Click "Select add-ons" or "Edit add-ons" to find your add-on subscription.
  • Tap on '-' minus or '+' plus.
  • Follow the prompts to select the new amount you want.
  • Choose either "Get X in this box only" or "Get X in every future box". If you choose every box, we’ll prompt you to confirm the new price of your add-on subscription.
  • Click "Save" to confirm the changes to your box.

    When you skip an add-on, you won’t receive it for that given week, but we’ll keep your subscription active for all other weeks, unless you skip or cancel. You’ll still receive your meals, unless you skip the week for your entire box.
Can I skip a week of an add-on subscription, but still receive my meals?

Yes, you totally can!

To skip a week of your add-on subscription:

  • Click "Select add-ons" or "Edit add-ons" to find your add-on subscription.
  • Tap on '-' minus.
  • Follow the prompts to skip your add-on for the week.
  • Select "Skip for this box only".
  • Click “Save” to confirm the changes to your box.

    When you skip an add-on, you won’t receive it for that given week, but we’ll keep your subscription active for all other weeks, unless you skip or cancel. You’ll still receive your meals, unless you skip the week for your entire box.
