Yes (but only if you want to). We update our menu every week, with dozens of breakfast, lunch and dinner options — though we don’t distinguish between lunch & dinner. Choose your meals each week, or let us randomize based on your taste preferences.
Short answer: yes. Longer answer: That depends on your allergies / restrictions.
When you first sign-up for our service we ask you to fill out a taste profile with details on the types of ingredients you don’t (or can’t) eat. These cover the larger allergens like dairy, eggs, fish, nuts and legumes. We then use that information to filter out meals containing those ingredients from your weekly order.
Every one of our meals is free of gluten, soy, nuts, GMO, hormones, antibiotics, and preservatives. All our meats are pasture-raised and grass-fed and our produce is organically grown. We have several dairy free options as well.
If you have a sensitivity to any of those ingredients, you’re golden.
NOTE: If you’ve been diagnosed with Celiac Disease, we can’t safely recommend Factor 75 for you. (Sorry!) The only way to guarantee your safety is to eat from kitchens that have been certified as gluten free, which we are not (even though we never use it).
If you suffer from another autoimmune condition (like Crohn’s Disease) and are changing your diet accordingly, our food should work for you in most cases. But again, we can’t guarantee any results and we are not a certified gluten free kitchen.
Please! Our meals are always fresh. If you need to, you can freeze meals to eat later in the week. Except the salads. Frozen lettuce is gross.
Yep. You can skip a week by pausing your delivery for that week. Just be sure to do so before the cut-off date for that order.
You absolutely do not have to be home when your meals arrive — we certainly don't expect you to wait around for them all day. (That would be the opposite of saving you time.)
We ship our meals in insulated boxes, with gel packs that keep the food at refrigerated temperatures for a loooooong time. Even if the box has to sit on your porch for a few hours, your food will still be fresh when you get home. Also — all Factor 75 packaging is recyclable or biodegradable.
Unless you consider heating up a fully prepared meal “cooking,” then…. no. That’s the whole point of ordering from Factor 75 — we take care of the shopping, cooking and cleaning. You take care of being awesome.
We deliver Monday through Wednesday, but delivery days may be limited by your location.
Pinning down the exact time can be tricky — it depends on the local route and we haven’t figured out a way to control that (yet). Expect your meals to arrive by 8 PM local time. Most likely, they’ll be waiting at your door when you get home from work.
