How do I qualify for this program?

We welcome applications from creators across a variety of content categories and platforms. To apply, you should have an active Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube account. If you’re applying with an Instagram or Facebook account, you’ll need to use a business account. When reviewing applications, we consider factors including follower count, audience engagement, content quality, and overall fit with Factor. Whether you’re an established creator or growing your community, we’re looking for creators who have an authentic connection with their audience.

Can I use my own content style?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We want your Factor content to feel authentic to you and your audience. You’ll receive Factor’s brand guidelines and any applicable campaign requirements to help you create content that represents the brand appropriately, while still giving you the freedom to bring your own voice, creativity, and style to your Factor content.

How do I earn money?

Accepted Answer

As a Factor Ambassador, you can earn commission by sharing your unique Factor tracking link and/or ambassador code across approved social and content platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, Substack, blogs, and more. When someone uses your link or code to make a qualifying Factor purchase, you earn commission. The more qualifying purchases you drive, the more you can earn. Commission rates, qualifying actions, and other program terms will be provided when you join the program.

Are there opportunities beyond commission-based earnings?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Your Factor partnership can go beyond commission-based earnings. Depending on your performance, audience, content, and campaign availability, you may have opportunities to participate in additional campaigns, promotions, exclusive activations, and deeper partnerships with Factor. As you build momentum and drive results, you may unlock additional campaigns, exclusive opportunities, incentives, and higher-value rewards. Selected ambassadors may also have opportunities to be featured across Factor’s social channels and other brand platforms.

How can I monetize my content?

Accepted Answer

Your Factor partnership gives you multiple ways to turn your content and audience into earning opportunities. In addition to earning commissions through your unique link and/or code, you can share Factor across your social channels, videos, newsletters, blogs, podcasts, Substack, and other approved platforms. You can also share your Factor content and access codes with the Factor team for potential opportunities to amplify your content and reach new audiences, where applicable.

How can I track my sales?

Accepted Answer

Once you’re approved, you’ll have access to your Factor Ambassador account and tracking tools, where you can monitor your performance and qualifying sales. Your unique tracking link and/or code allows Factor to attribute qualifying purchases to your content, helping you understand which content and channels are driving results.

How do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

All commissions are subject to a 30-day hold from the date of sale to account for the applicable refund window. Payments are issued in USD via Lumanu.

Can I become an ambassador if I do not reside within the US?
