Banana, Caramel & Bacon Pancakes | Ready To Eat Meal

with Maple Cinnamon Butter & Candied Pecans

Banana, Caramel & Bacon Pancakes

Though pancakes are delicious, they're not exactly a cinch to whip up and transport—especially when topped with caramel sauce and pecans. Thankfully, our chefs came up with a solution to the whipping and transporting, putting a spin on the classic breakfast food in the meantime. These banana-studded pancakes are topped with a sauce that gives homage to a bananas foster, a New Orleans dessert that dates back to the 1950s. For extra protein, the traditional bananas foster caramel sauce is stirred with crispy bacon and served with a side of chicken sausage.
