Blackened Barramundi | Ready To Eat Meal
with Smoked Gouda Grits, Tomato-Andouille Gravy & Lemon Butter Green Beans

Enjoy bold flavors with tonight’s Louisiana-inspired dish. We start by coating garlic and herb-marinated barramundi fillets in our blackening spices before roasting and topping with a Cajun-style tomato and chicken andouille sausage gravy. The fillet is served over cauliflower grits swirled with smoked gouda and heavy cream. Simple salt and pepper roasted green beans crowned with lemon-herb butter complete the meal.
