Blackened Salmon | Ready To Eat Meal

with Smoked Gouda Cauliflower "Grits" & Broccoli

Blackened Salmon

Our blackening spice, made with a special blend of herbs and aromatics, lends smoky notes to oven-baked salmon. Once cooked, the spice blend creates a deeply browned (almost black) coating, delivering bold flavor. The salmon is served over a bed of cauliflower grits made ultra-creamy thanks to the addition of smoked gouda cheese. A cajun tomato gravy, made with the classic trinity of onion, bell pepper, and celery, is ladled over broccoli florets on the side.
