Breakfast Bundle
2 Potato, Bacon & Egg Breakfast Skillets & 2 Pancakes & Sausage

This savory, layered skillet is proof that breakfast can be enjoyed any time of day. Made with a lineup of first-meal all-stars, it features spiced golden-brown potatoes, scrambled eggs, sharp cheddar cheese, sliced scallions, and crumbly bacon bits. A medley of roasted bell peppers, poblanos, and onions is served on the side. For the pancakes, we made all the flavors classic and craveable. The batter is made with almond flour, coconut sugar, whole milk, eggs and vanilla, then griddled until fluffy. Maple syrup gives the dish a classic finish and cinnamon butter adds a touch of creamy sweetness. A side of oven-roasted chicken sausage patties rounds out the hearty meal.
