Breakfast for the Week

Start your day off right with five hearty breakfast options from Factor! First, our apple cinnamon pancakes feature freeze-dried apples and cinnamon roll–style spices in the batter. They’re served with maple apple compote, cinnamon butter, and a side of two chicken sausage patties. For our overnight oats breakfast, reminiscent of banana bread, we soak toasted rolled oats in almond milk, mashed ripe bananas, and maple syrup, along with coconut sugar and pureed dates for sweetness. They’re served with roasted bananas and toasted cinnamon walnuts for crunch. Our blueberry pancakes have all the classic flavors you love. Made with gluten-free, nut-free flour blended with Greek yogurt, whole milk, honey, and blueberries, they’re served with pure maple syrup and a helping of fluffy cheddar scrambled eggs. Our frittata stars smoky roasted red peppers, crumbled feta cheese, and green onions, and is served with a side of seasoned roasted potatoes. Finally, our potato, bacon, and egg skillet features golden-brown potatoes, scrambled eggs, sharp cheddar, scallions, and crumbled bacon, with a medley of roasted bell peppers, poblanos, and onions on the side.
