Cajun Pork Chop
with Carrot Hash, Bean-Corn Salad & Honey Aioli

Sweet and spicy flavors converge with this homestyle meal. A pork chop is marinated with a housemade Cajun-style rub, grilled to juicy perfection, and served over roasted red potatoes and carrots. To add even more flavor, there’s a creamy sauce made with avocado mayo, sour cream, hot sauce, and honey for drizzling over top. A kidney bean salad with corn and tomatoes is seasoned with garlic, lime juice, basil, and parsley to provide the perfect accompaniment.
Ingredients: pork chop, red potatoes, carrots, dark red kidney beans (dark red kidney beans, water, salt, calcium chloride (a firming agent) and/or disodium edta (to promote color retention)), yellow sweet corn, tomatoes, water, avocado oil mayonnaise (avocado oil, organic certified humane free range egg yolks, water, distilled vinegar, salt, lime juice concentrate, citric acid, lime oil), red onions, sour cream (cultured cream), olive oil, garlic, honey, paprika (paprika and silicon dioxide (added to make free flowing)), roasted garlic oil (olive oil, garlic), granulated garlic, parsley, louisiana hot sauce (aged peppers, distilled vinegar, salt), sea salt, black pepper, chili powder (chili pepper, spices, salt, garlic powder), granulated onion, lime juice, white pepper, dried oregano, dried basil
