with Creamy Broccoli "Rice" & Chile Garlic Zucchini

A whole chicken breast is marinated in buttermilk, seasoned with chives, dill, and garlic, then grilled until perfectly juicy. It is placed atop creamy broccoli “rice“ and topped with a dollop of gournay cheese sauce made with cream cheese, Parmesan, butter, parsley, and chives for an added complement to the chicken. On the side, chili-garlic zucchini topped with smoky onion butter for even more rich flavor.

HEATING OPTION 1 - MICROWAVE HEATING TIMES MAY VARY; REHEAT CONTENTS TO 165°F.

HEATING OPTION 2 - CONVENTIONAL OVEN
- Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Remove outer packaging and plastic film. 3. Place tray on a baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes. If needed, continue to bake for 2-4 more minutes or until desired temperature is reached. 4. Transfer contents to a plate and enjoy!
