Chicken & Mushroom Tetrazzini

This classic American dish, originally named after Italian opera star Luisa Tetrazzini, can be prepared with a wide variety of ingredients. Our variation features shredded chicken breast, draped in creamy roasted chicken gravy, and served over al dente red lentil fusilli pasta. A side of oven-roasted green beans tossed in garlic oil balances out the richness of the main course.

Elbow macaroni are stirred into a luscious white cheddar cheese sauce made with heavy cream, cream cheese, and plenty of slightly-sharp aged white cheddar.
