Chicken Breast Cacciatore | Ready To Eat Meal
with Parmesan Polenta & Roasted Broccoli

What’s not to love about tender grilled chicken breast and a mix of veggies swimming in rich tomato sauce? Cacciatore, or “hunter” in Italian, is a rustic, homey dish that’s a fan favorite for good reason. This version is served on top of creamy mascarpone polenta, plus a side of simply roasted broccoli that’s meant to be eaten alongside the sauce.
Ingredients: chicken breast, broccoli, reduced-fat milk, crushed tomatoes (fresh tomatoes, salt, citric acid), olive oil, gluten-free corn grits/polenta, mascarpone cheese (pasteurized cream and milk, citric acid), mushrooms, water, grated parmesan cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), red onions, yellow bell peppers, green bell peppers, unsalted butter, red wine vinegar, garlic, sea salt, basil, granulated garlic, black pepper, oregano, toasted garlic powder, italian seasoning (marjoram, thyme, rosemary, savory, sage, oregano, basil)

MICROWAVE
- Remove meal sleeve and pierce clear plastic film. 2. Microwave meal on HIGH for 2 minutes. If needed, heat an additional 30 seconds or until desired temperature is reached. 3. Carefully remove meal and let stand for 2 minutes. 4. Remove film, plate meal and enjoy!
OVEN
- Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Remove meal sleeve and clear plastic film. 3. Place tray on an oven safe baking sheet, position in the center of the oven and heat for 5 minutes. 4. Check temperature. If needed, heat an additional 2 minutes or until desired temperature is reached. 5. Carefully remove meal, plate and enjoy!
