Bright lemony flavors are featured in this exciting dish. A whole chicken breast is dusted in our house-made lemon pepper seasoning, and then baked until juicy. It’s draped in a creamy lemon sauce and served atop brown rice pilaf studded with peas and carrots, perfect for soaking up the rich sauce. On the side, there’s a generous helping of roasted broccoli florets tossed in garlic and Parmesan, plus rosemary-seasoned carrot coins.
