Fall Harvest Bundle

Jump head first into fall by bringing autumn flavors to your table with this ready-to-eat meal from Factor. We start this sumptuous dish by brining our pork shoulder for hours to ensure juiciness. Then, we season it with a sage, rosemary, and thyme dry rub, and slow roast it until fall-apart tender and incredibly delicious. It’s served with crunchy candied maple-cinnamon walnuts and an apple-rosemary mustard to deliver sweet and tangy flavors to the pork. Next, we’re adding a cornucopia of colorful sides to your plate: Roasted sweet potatoes are mashed with cream cheese and browned butter, then folded into creamy white corn grits, and garnished with sweet corn kernels seasoned with garlic and chives. There are also carrot rounds roasted with maple syrup and a touch of rosemary, plus garlicky green beans topped with a luscious garlic herb butter. And because no get-together is complete without dessert, we’re serving up this autumn-inspired cheesecake. The filling combines whipped cream cheese, applesauce, sour cream, coconut sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, eggs, and dried apples, which is poured into a vanilla almond flour crust. It’s topped with maple-cinnamon oat crumbles and then baked until creamy and luscious.
