Father's Day Feast for Four

Father's Day Feast for Four

Factor takes the stress out of your Father’s Day feast so you can focus on what really matters… Dad! Our brisket is cooked slowly and gently with our house-made BBQ spice rub (smoked paprika, cumin, mustard, onion, and garlic) and the end result is gloriously tender, flavorful meat. The beef is then shredded and mixed with pan jus for maximum juiciness. Since beef and potatoes go hand-in-hand, we’re serving a roasted purple potato hash, seasoned with rosemary and thyme and accompanied by sweet corn and garlicky roasted red peppers. The hash is topped with melty butter enhanced with leek powder, fennel, and green onions. Next, there’s asparagus and yellow bell peppers, simply seasoned with olive oil, garlic, and sea salt, and then roasted until crisp-tender. The veggies are finished with a luscious Parmesan butter with chives and parsley. To complete the feast, we’re serving chocolate fudge brownies. They get their incredible depth of chocolate flavor from a combination of cocoa mixed with baking flour, butter, eggs, and vanilla, and sweetened with coconut sugar. Walnuts are folded into the decadent batter as well as sprinkled over top, then it’s baked to chocolatey perfection. Take dessert up a level with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, and whipped cream.
