Garlic Herb Salmon
with Celery Root Mash, Cauliflower & Tomatoes

Take your meal to new heights with this garlic-herb topped salmon fillet. The herby mixture (made with almond flour, butter, and avocado mayo) is piped over the fish and baked until crisp while keeping the salmon perfectly succulent. The fish is plated over a bed of a luscious and creamy purée of celery root, which has a lovely mild flavor reminiscent of celery and parsley. The cauliflower and grape tomatoes on the side are topped with a garlic-herb butter, which complements the rest of the dish.

HEATING OPTION 2 - CONVENTIONAL OVEN
- Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Remove outer packaging and plastic film. 3. Place tray on a baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes. If needed, continue to bake for 2-4 more minutes or until desired temperature is reached. 4. Transfer contents to a plate and enjoy!
