Garlic Pork Tenderloin

with Asiago Mash & Pesto Green Beans

Garlic Pork Tenderloin
Keto

Say hello to our low-carb, keto-friendly pork tenderloin! To start, pork tenderloin is marinated in garlic, lemon, and dried herbs. The pork is then grilled, sliced and plated over a cauliflower mash that’s flavored with asiago cheese for a nutty and sharp flavor. Cream cheese, whole milk and butter are added to the mash, which is then topped with fresh chives. Next, a garlic butter sauce is scooped on top. To finish, haricot verts and sliced red bell peppers are combined on the side then topped with a traditional pine nut parmesan pesto.
