That bright, fruity, spicy undercurrent in our white wine-cream sauce? It's crushed green peppercorns! Our chefs paired those aromatic dried berries with classic cracked black peppercorns to make a rich, flavorful sauce that perfectly complements grilled pork tenderloin for this French-inspired, keto-friendly meal. The pork is served with garlic oil-dressed haricots verts and a creamy celery root and cauliflower mash with chives. Délicieux!
