Grilled Chicken with Apricot Mustard

Grilled Chicken with Apricot Mustard

Elevate your summer poolside lunch with our Grilled Chicken with Apricot Mustard! To start, chicken breast is brined, marinated in an Italian herb rub, grilled and then plated over smashed yukon potatoes. On top of the chicken is a delicious house-made apricot mustard. Our sweet and tangy apricot mustard is made by simmering together dried apricots, orange and honey, then pureeing it with whole grain and dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar.
