Grilled Sweet & Sour Chicken
with Rangoon Cauliflower "Rice" & Garlic Broccoli

This dish pays homage to three Chinese takeout favorites with a few keto twists. Front and center is grilled chicken in a sweet and sour sauce made with tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, tamari, ginger, and monkfruit sweetener. That pairs perfectly with rangoon-inspired cauliflower rice (mixed with cream cheese, heavy cream, and scallions). Garlicky roasted broccoli topped with sesame butter makes a stellar side.
Ingredients: chicken breast, broccoli, cauliflower, heavy cream, cream cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, cheese culture, salt, guar gum, carob bean gum, xanthan gum), olive oil, apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, unsalted butter, roasted garlic oil (olive oil, garlic), water, monkfruit sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit extract), green onions, ginger, reduced sodium tamari (water, soybeans, salt, alcohol (to preserve freshness)), garlic, sea salt, toasted sesame oil, xanthan gum
