Jalapeño Popper Burger
with Cauliflower 'Popper' Rice & Roasted Zucchini

This dinner channels the flavors of a beloved bar snack into a keto-friendly burger. The all-beef patty folds in cheddar, cream cheese, and jalapeños for a touch of heat with maximum juiciness. It’s grilled and served over our jalapeño popper “rice,” which is a combination of creamy cauliflower “rice“ with onions and jalapeños. Included in the meal: a side of Parmesan-roasted zucchini, smoky chipotle aioli, and a garnish of pickled jalapeños for a tangy punch of heat.
Ingredients: zucchini, ground beef, cauliflower, cream cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, cheese culture, salt, guar gum, carob bean gum, xanthan gum), olive oil, shredded mild cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, annatto, vegetable color), onions, shredded parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim cow's milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, natamycin (a natural mold inhibitor)), jalapeños, heavy cream, liquid whole eggs (whole eggs, citric acid, 0.15% water added as carrier for citric acid), sliced jalapeño peppers (jalapeño peppers, water, distilled vinegar, salt, calcium chloride, garlic powder), garlic, granulated garlic, white wine vinegar, sea salt, chipotle peppers, whole grain mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt), black pepper, white pepper

MICROWAVE
- Remove meal sleeve and pierce clear plastic film. 2. Remove cup of spicy aioli. 3. Microwave meal on HIGH for 2 minutes. If needed, heat an additional 30 seconds or until burger is cooked to desired doneness. 4. Carefully remove meal and let stand 2 minutes. 5. Remove film, plate meal and enjoy!
OVEN
- Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Remove meal sleeve and clear plastic film. Set aside cup of spicy aioli; place 2oz of water into empty compartment. 3. Place tray on an oven safe baking sheet; position in the center of the oven and heat for 5 minutes. 4. Check temperature. If needed, heat for an additional 2 minutes or until burger is cooked to desired doneness. 5. Carefully remove meal, plate and enjoy!
