What's the secret ingredient that makes these red velvet pancakes so rosy? It's beetroot powder! Mixed into batter with buttermilk, cocoa powder, vanilla, and coconut sugar, it gives these cakes a gorgeous red hue. A sweet cream cheese drizzle makes for a delicious topper. For the classic pancakes and sausage combo, we made the flavors craveable. The batter is made with almond flour, coconut sugar, whole milk, eggs and vanilla, then griddled until fluffy.
