Peanut Buddha Bowl + Salmon
with Cilantro Quinoa, Gochugaru-Spiced Peanuts & Sesame Broccoli

This Buddha bowl starts with quinoa topped with sesame-roasted broccoli and toasted peanuts coated with gochugaru (Korean chili flakes). They’re served with red and green bell peppers, garlic, and cilantro. A satay-style peanut sauce is perfect for drizzling over the top.
These tender center-cut salmon fillets are as versatile as they are delicious. They’re seasoned with garlic, onion, sea salt, and black pepper, pan-seared, and then roasted to flaky perfection.
