Penne Rosa & Meatballs

Our chefs updated the comforting classic of pasta and meatballs to reduce carbs without compromising flavor. Cauliflower penne stands in for spaghetti, and our tasty house-made beef and pork meatballs are made with almond flour instead of breadcrumbs. Creamy marinara sauce, simmered with plenty of garlic, onions, oregano, and basil is ladled over top. A side of garlicky roasted green beans and red peppers completes the meal.
