Peppercorn-Spiced Filet Mignon
with Browned Butter Potato Mash, Broccolini & Peppers

There are few things more satisfying than a perfectly-cooked petite filet. Here, the premium cut is marinated in roasted garlic oil, smoked black pepper, rosemary, and lemon juice, and then grilled and finished in the oven until tender and juicy. It’s served atop Yukon Gold mashed potatoes made extra creamy with the addition of browned butter and sour cream. To balance out the richness of the main, there’s charred broccolini and roasted red bell peppers.
