Pork Chop Pizzaiola
with Roasted Mushrooms, Onions & Smashed Potatoes

If you’re a fan of pizza, you’ll love tonight’s pork dish. Here, we coated a brined chop in savory rosemary and sage, then grilled it and doused it in our version of classic pizza sauce, made with tomatoes, roasted garlic, and plenty of fragrant herbs. A hearty topping of herb-roasted mushrooms and onions gives the entrée even more heft, and smashed Yukon potatoes with Parmesan round out the delicious meal.
