Pulled Chicken Chili Verde

In this Southwest-inspired dish, jalapeño-garlic marinated chicken is shredded and tossed with garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, and cayenne-roasted peppers and onions for a kick of heat. It’s served atop a bed of roasted great northern beans and blanketed in a slightly spicy chili verde sauce. On the side, there’s a roasted corn salad with grape tomatoes and sour cream seasoned with cilantro and spicy-tangy tajin. Feel free to add more heat from your hot sauce collection!
