Our grilled chicken is marinated in a bold, complex blend of black pepper, onion, and plenty of roasted garlic. We serve it with a Yukon mash swirled with sour cream and green onion—perfect for soaking up the rich thyme-infused gravy. On the side is a cauliflower, pepper and tomato medley to complete the meal.
