with Roasted Broccoli, Garlic-Chive Potatoes & Scallion Sour Cream

Roasted Garlic Filet Mignon & Shrimp
Protein Plus

A black garlic-marinated filet mignon is grilled to juicy perfection and served with succulent roasted shrimp in this protein-packed dinner. The shrimp are marinated in a zippy mix of scallions, garlic, oregano, parsley, and chives, creating layers of flavor to complement the steak. Simple roasted broccoli is served with the surf and turf, and pairs perfectly with the rich garlic-chive butter that melts over the meal. On the side is garlic and chive roasted sliced potatoes with a side of cool scallion sour cream.
