Sesame Soy Beef Bowl
with Ginger Brown Rice & Green Beans

This ultra-savory dish was created to curb your takeout cravings. To make it, ground beef is cooked with toasted sesame oil and ginger, then spooned over aromatic brown basmati rice. That’s topped with garlicky roasted broccoli, sliced green onions, and a shower of sesame seeds. On the side, there’s sesame roasted green beans (because we’re all about an extra helping of green veggies) and a cup of salty-sweet sauce made with tamari, date syrup, honey, and garlic for drizzling.
Ingredients: brown basmati rice, ground beef, green beans, broccoli, green onions, garlic, toasted sesame oil, ginger, reduced sodium tamari (water, soybeans, salt, alcohol (to preserve freshness)), date syrup (100% juice of medjool dates), apple cider vinegar, olive oil, toasted sesame seeds, sea salt, ground ginger, toasted garlic powder, honey, cilantro, black pepper, white pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, xanthan gum
