Horseradish Shredded Beef
with Smashed Potatoes & Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Whether you are looking for a meal high in protein or low in carbs, our Shredded Beef with Horseradish Sauce is perfect either way! To start, we slow roast beef with red wine, tomato paste, rosemary and garlic until tender. Then, the beef is shredded and served over a yukon “smashed” potato. On the side, we feature a house-made creamy horseradish sauce that’s made with sour cream, mayo and horseradish for a hit of sharpness. A side of balsamic-roasted shredded Brussels sprouts completes this meal.
