Shredded Chicken Taco Bowl

Packed with savory Mexican-style flavors, each element of this dish comes together to form one exciting bowl. Juicy shredded chicken, seasoned with our house-made taco seasoning, is served over black beans and brown rice. It’s all accented with a roasted corn salsa made with spicy poblanos, red bell peppers, cilantro, paprika, cumin, and chili powder. The meal is finished with a creamy cilantro sour cream, perfect for drizzling over the top.

This dish features classic comfort with a peppery kick. Tender elbow macaroni is draped in a creamy chili and cumin-spiced cheese sauce made with cream cheese, heavy cream, and lots of white cheddar. Over top, our take on poblano rajas, the traditional Mexican pepper prep–a mixture of red bell and poblano peppers roasted with garlic, cumin, and cilantro–and a generous sprinkle of regular and smoked shredded cheddar.
