Southwest Ground Beef & Rice

with Ranchero Beans & Salsa Roja

Southwest Ground Beef & Rice
Protein Plus

This beefy burrito-style bowl delivers satisfying Southwest flavor. Cheesy wild rice serves as a hearty base layer, topped with boldly seasoned ground beef (with chilis, cilantro, cumin, and lime juice) and a mix of roasted corn and jalapeño. On the side, there’s saucy black beans made with tomato paste, chili powder, coconut sugar, and apple cider vinegar, plus a tangy salsa roja salsa that’s perfect for drizzling. It doesn't get much better than that.
