Soy Braised Beef
with Stir-Fry Veggies & Steamed Broccoli

This ultra-savory dish stars succulent shredded beef chuck. Braising the meat guarantees those low-and-slow-cooked flavors you crave. It’s served over aromatic brown basmati rice—cooked with garlic, ginger, and scallions—and topped with a cabbage, bell pepper, and carrot stir-fry, plus a sprinkle of sesame seeds. On the side, there’s an umami-bomb sauce made with tamari, date syrup, honey, toasted sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, red miso paste, and cilantro. Be sure to drizzle it over your dish before digging in.
