Summertime Spread for Four

Summer is all about hosting—whether you’re eating inside, outside, or on-the-go. Factor’s here to make it even easier with our no-prep, no-mess spread for four. For the main attraction, there’s tender chicken breasts, which are rubbed in herbs and spices before they’re fire-grilled and drizzled with an herby vinaigrette. There’s also not one, but two, fresh summer sides to round out the meal. To start, there’s a caprese salad made with roasted grape tomatoes and marinated mozzarella with a basil balsamic vinaigrette and fresh basil. To go with the chicken, there’s a creamy bacon potato salad made with roasted Yukon Golds and red onion, plus a creamy bacon dressing. To finish things off, dig into a rich chocolate-cherry cheesecake topped with tart cherries and cocoa nibs. The best part? Everything is ready in minutes!
