Sweet Potato, Kale & Quinoa Bowl
with Caramelized Onions, Cranberry Sauce & Roasted Pecans

This hearty vegan meal balances sweet and savory flavors in every bite. We start with a layer of sautéed garlicky kale and top it with tender tri-colored quinoa. Next, layers of sage-seasoned sweet potatoes, savory caramelized onions, and a sprinkling of toasted Cajun-seasoned pecans over the top for crunch. Two sweet sides complement the main: roasted cinnamon apples and sweet cranberry sauce with orange zest.
