Vietnamese Pork & Veggie Stir-Fry

with Cilantro Rice & Nam Jim Jaew Sauce

Vietnamese Pork & Veggie Stir-Fry

This Vietnamese-inspired bowl takes its cues from banh mi. Like the beloved sandwich, it boasts salty-sweet pork, tender-crisp veggies, and plenty of herbs. In place of the traditional baguette, we’ve swapped in cilantro brown rice for catching all of the delicious nam jim jaew, a sauce made with cilantro, mint, lime juice, agave nectar, and fish sauce–guaranteed to be the star of the meal.

Ingredients: ground pork, water, red onions, brown jasmine rice, diced red peppers (red sweet pepper, water, citric acid), celery, carrots, blue agave nectar, cilantro, reduced sodium tamari (water, soybeans, salt, alcohol (to preserve freshness)), olive oil, jalapeño peppers, fish sauce (anchovy, sea salt), honey, garlic, lime juice, green onions, mint, ginger, rice vinegar, sea salt, gochugaru chile flakes, xanthan gum
