FAQs

Where can I find Factor's holiday and specialty bundles for purchase?
All of our bundles can be found with the Add-Ons. You must have a Factor meal subscription to purchase Add-Ons. Once you choose your meals, head over to the Add-Ons section and you can select and add a bundle to your cart.
Can I purchase multiple bundles?
Of course! Just select the number that best meets your needs and add to your box.
How many people will each bundle serve?
It depends on the bundle, but it will always say within the description. Most specialty bundles are designed for either 2 or 4 people, and you can increase that amount by ordering multiple bundles.
Is it possible to have my bundle shipped to a different address than normal?
Yes. Your bundle will get delivered with the rest of your Factor meals, so it will ship to the address you have on file. Make sure your address is updated within your account by Wednesday before the menu closes. If you have any questions or need confirmation, please contact our Customer Support team by dialing 888.573.5727 from 6am-11pm ET Monday-Friday and 7am-7pm ET on Saturday and Sunday.
How long will my bundle stay fresh?
Your bundles will stay fresh for a full 7 days in the fridge. There is an 'Enjoy By' date printed on each of the product sleeves. Some of our Add-Ons may last even longer depending on the product. Please make sure to consult the expiration date printed on the package.
