Jalapeño Popper Burger
with Cauliflower "Popper" Rice, Zucchini & Squash

Jalapeño poppers for dinner?! That’s the idea with this fresh new burger recipe. We took a traditional, grassfed burger patty and dressed it with jalapeños, cream cheese and cheddar. Then, a side of cauliflower rice with cream cheese and roasted jalapeños doubles down on the appetizer-inspired theme. With plenty of healthy fats and minimal carbs, this dish is ideal for keto dieters.
